1. What information do we collect?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express interest in our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include: names, email addresses, job titles, and contact or authentication data. We do not process sensitive information.
Information automatically collected
Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services. This does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, country, and other technical information, primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics.
Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access our Services. Our application does not capture any device or location data.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk; you should only access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. 10. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this notice.

Classverse has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and will not sell personal information in the future.

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law.

You have a right to know whether we collect and use your personal information, the categories collected, the purposes, whether we sell your information, and the business or commercial purpose for collecting it.
Verification process & other rights
Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we already have on file. You may object to the processing of your personal information, request correction, or ask to restrict processing. You can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. You may request to opt out from future selling of your personal information; we will act upon such a request no later than fifteen (15) days from submission.

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification.
